Chief Operations Officer
I oversee the company’s existing operations and find ways to make them run as seamlessly as possible. Working alongside our Chief Executive Officer, I ensure the business is meeting its maximum potential. Having a passion to help others is what drives my desire to grow this organization into a place where everyone’s medical transportation needs are met.
Dave Trepanier
Director of Integrations
I oversee all integration work with required client NEMT systems, as well as the formatting and delivery of all required reports. Prior to joining WellTrans, I served as the primary architect of a statewide health information exchange sharing model, creating real-time integration of health data across dozens of health systems in a HIPAA-compliant fashion.
Tim Terhune
Director of Finance
I oversee the financial and claims operations of the company to ensure timely and accurate claims payments and reporting. I also work closely with other departments to provide meaningful analysis of our financial data. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and hitting the lake as much as possible in the summer.
Adam Kloss
Provider Relations Manager
I oversee and build our network of providers throughout the state. It is my goal to build a strong partnership with all of our providers to help assure reliable transportation for our members as well grow mutually beneficial relationships for all providers. Outside of work I have a wife and three kids that keep me busy and I am a die hard Chicago sports fan.
Martina Williams
Call Center Director
I oversee the Call Center department to ensure member’s trips are scheduled quickly and accurately while addressing any concerns the member may have about their scheduling experience.
