Provider Training

The Trip Broker Portal is designed for Transportation Providers to manage transportation services they provide to Medicaid members. When a Transportation Provider partners with WellTrans and decides to use the Trip Broker Portal provided by WellTrans, they must complete the required portal training before access to the portal can be granted. There are two types of training sessions you can complete:

  • Live, On-Line Sessions via Zoom

There are no live, on-line sessions schedule at this time. If you would like to participate in an on-line session, please reach out to Adam Kloss, our Provider Relations Manager.

  • Watching a Series of Videos (a quiz will be included)

Below are the steps required to complete the training if you are not able to attend an on-line session.

  1. Watch these pre-recorded training videos on how to utilize the Trip Broker Portal:
  2. Watch the following Disability Sensitivity, PASS, and HIPAA training videos:
  3. Complete the TripSpark Quiz (<click link) on what you have learned from the training videos.
    Note: Once WellTrans determines you passed the quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion award.
  4. Complete the HIPAA Quiz (<click link).
    Note: Once WellTrans determines you passed the quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion award.
  5. Download and complete the TripSpark Training for Provider Completion Form and email the completed form to thicks@welltransnemt.com 
  6. Once the quiz is completed and the completion form submitted, a WellTrans Provider Service Team Member will contact you to set up access to the Trip Broker Portal.
